Have you ever dreamed of being the skipper of your own sailboat? Well you can do just that in Englewood on beautiful Lemon Bay. Englewood Sailing Association, Inc., in cooperation with the Englewood Family Y, is offering a Learn to Sail course for youth and adults. The spring program will be held on four consecutive Saturdays: April 27 & May 4, 11 and 18. Instructors are certified through the U.S. Sailing Association. The cost for the four sessions is $65 for youth and $100 for adults. Boats, life jackets and training materials are included in the cost. A $10 discount is provided for members of either the Englewood Family Y or Englewood Sailing Association. Registration opens March 15 and must be completed through the Englewood Family Y.
