Registration has opened for the second annual “Ding” Darling & Doc Ford’s Tarpon Tournament, scheduled for Saturday, May 4, at Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille (708 Fishermans Wharf, Fort Myers Beach) to benefit the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island.

Registration for the tournament, which debuted last year to rave reviews, is now open at www.DingDarlingTarponTourney.org. Entry fees are $500 per boat with up to four anglers. One hundred percent of the purse will be awarded as tournament prizes. Participation is limited to 50 boats.
