Guy F. Cusumano, of Venice, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at Gulfwinds Assisted Living Facility.

Guy was born in New York City on Jan. 29, 1938, and attended Bronx High School of Science, Cooper Union, Columbia University and the City University of New York. Guy owned a successful engineering business dedicated to improving the environment. In retirement, Guy served on the board of directors of the Lake of the Woods and the Lakes of Jacaranda community associations in Venice. He was part of the Pastoral Council at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Venice, where he was also a Eucharistic Minister, lector and sacristan. Guy belonged to the Knights of Columbus Council 9924 and Assembly 1818.

Guy is survived by his wife, Joan, children and grandchildren. Guy was predeceased by his daughter, Jo Marie.
