Patel came to Chicago 15 years ago and operated a Quiznos Sub store. Moving to Florida, he opened his first Olive Oil store on St Armand’s Circle in 2008 and expanded to seven locations in Tampa, St Petersburg, Sanibel, Naples, Key West and Venice, operating with a total of 18 employees.
