PORT CHARLOTTE — David Price pitched the first five innings of a minor league game at Charlotte Sports Park complex Wednesday to maintain his five-day schedule despite Tampa Bay’s off days. He will next pitch Monday in another minor league game.
Price threw 60 pitches over five innings and allowed four hits while striking out seven.
