Talking before marchers begin their trek Friday in Venice, Lupe Gonzalo talks about how work conditions are improving for farm workers but how they need to get better. She talked about sexual harrassment of women in the farm fields.

Thursday, they and nearly 100 other pickers and supporters walked through Venice on their way to the headquarters of Publix Super Markets in Orlando, seeking the chain’s cooperation on a penny-per-pound increase in pay.
