NORTH PORT — Longtime North Port Senior Center volunteer Bess Knope, the driving force behind the This and That Shop at the facility, celebrated her 96th birthday there Tuesday.
Friends gathered in the brightly decorated This and That Shop for cake and coffee Tuesday morning to celebrate the milestone with her.
