Louis M. Toth, 23, of North Port was found safe at 1:30 a.m. Monday morning at an address in Sarasota. Thanks to the efforts of CCSO deputies and the assistance of the Sarasota Police Department, Toth was located at a friend’s house. Deputies said, “He was asked to phone his father and everything is fine.”
