Harbor Lights Mobile Home Park residents requested, and received, assistance from the West Coast Inland Navigation District this week in an ongoing property rights dispute.

The board, made up of county commissioners, voted Friday to formally request the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers provide a written response to the Harbor Lights’ request to deed it a quarter-acre of property in the federal right of way.
