An engineer’s report arguably brought more bad news for those trying to save the old Venice Circus Arena.
Making immediate repairs to stabilize the dilapidated building is doable but would be expensive and renovations later on would likely involve extensive reconfiguration of the building’s load-carrying capability, adding to the cost, according to the engineer.
