Family members of a man killed in Charlotte Harbor in 2008 will appear on the “Dr. Phil” show Monday afternoon.
Alex Teehee, 20, died just days after moving to Port Charlotte from North Port. A 2006 graduate of Nor th Port High School and a father of two, authorities said Alex was struck by a vehicle while he was walking in the dark on the edge of Sibley Bay Street in Charlotte Harbor around
11 p.m. July 13, 2008. Suffering from severe head trauma and other internal injuries and bruises, he was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, where he died 15 hours later. No one has been convicted in his death, and Teehee’s family members repeatedly have said they want justice.
