Arrest made in rape case

A 19-year-old Venice man is under arrest on sexual battery and kidnapping charges stemming from an incident in October.
According to a Venice Police Department arrest report, David George Kaczmarek Jr., allegedly raped a young woman after she sought help when she locked her keys in her vehicle.
