On Tuesday, former North Port city commissioner David Garofalo had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days following a one-day trial in Indianapolis on a driving while intoxicated charge, court records show.
Garofalo, 36, reportedly was in a Marion County courtroom in Indiana on Tuesday for the trial, which had been delayed several times since Garofalo was arrested in May.
