More than 130 Coastal Behavioral Healthcare Center patients may have their personal information compromised following the arrest of two individuals who were caught with patient lists in their vehicle during a traffic stop.

Joanne Radcliffe, interim chief executive director at Coastal in Sarasota, said Friday that Lee County authorities alerted her of the potential information breech. Coastal has branches in Sarasota, Charlotte, DeSoto and Lee counties offering mental health, substance abuse, prevention and intervention, family emergency treatment, and services for seniors and women.
