PORT CHARLOTTE — Community Christian School’s football team celebrated its first homecoming with a 48-12 victory against Miami Christian in the Mustangs’ season-finale Friday night.

Mustangs quarterback Nathanael Vargo used his speed to score four touchdowns, all at least 44 yards, to lead the rout. He finished with 159 yards on six carries as the Mustangs (3-6) collected 412 yards on the ground.
