CAPE CORAL — Lemon Bay High School runners Nicole Mis and Abigayle Weinfeld didn’t have to do or say anything to encourage each other to stick together. The aura of encouragement was all that it took for the two to stay side by side, leading the Manta Rays in the Triton Invitational on Saturday.

“I told Abby that I’m running with her, and she’s going to have to put up with me for 3.1 miles,” Mis said.
