PORT CHARLOTTE — All Port Charlotte High School coach Chrissy Burkhart could do was smile and shake her head.
“This,” she said with a sigh, “is what I’m talking about. Tonight was a prime example of what’s been going on all season. We’re doing well, someone gets hurt and then things just sort of come apart.”
