Hobby Lobby to open Sept. 21 in busy Cocoplum mall

NORTH PORT — Scott Richard is a busy man these days.

The new manager of the Hobby Lobby store in the Cocoplum Village Shops can be seen multitasking at the hobby goods store — as he was on Thursday — answering questions for employee hopefuls or taking calls on the phone whose number remains a mystery to him.
