Sharks sweep Pirates

PORT CHARLOTTE — During the waning minutes of Port Charlotte High School’s practice Tuesday, starting middle hitter Elise Clark went down with a broken toe. She is out for at least three weeks.
Without Clark, the Pirates looked lost as Gulf Coast won Wednesday’s match 25-11, 25-8, 25-21.
