PUNTA GORDA — Somewhere along the line Thursday night, Jenny D’Alessandro decided she had had enough. Her Charlotte Tarpons were down two sets to none against visiting North Port, missing serves, misdirecting attacks and failing to dig up much of what the Bobcats were sending over the net.

So the junior took it upon herself to spearhead the turnaround, inspiring her teammates to rally and win their first match of the season, 3-2 (23-25, 24-26, 25-16, 25-14, 15-4).
