DayStar Communications, a telecommunications services company and a subsidiary of Sun Coast Media Group, has reached an agreement of sale with Atlanta-based Birch Communications.

A sale price was not disclosed. Sun Coast Media Group, which owns the Sun Newspapers and other print and online media, will continue to operate DayStar for the next 90 to 120 days.
