Prep players take advantage of area tourney

PUNTA GORDA — Summer tournaments give players and teams a chance to sharpen their skills against a variety of competition.
The United States Specialty Sports Association City of Palms D3 State Championships started Friday at Charlotte and Port Charlotte high schools and continues through Sunday.
