A recent court ruling is paving the way for the Sarasota County School District to again attempt to fire former Venice Elementary School teacher Diana O’Neill.

On May 23, the Second District Court of Appeals affirmed the Florida Department of Education’s decision to suspend O’Neill’s teaching certificate for two months for mistreating students.
