Marietta splits on first day

PORT CHARLOTTE — Between its first and second games of the day, Marietta looked like two completely different teams.
In the first against Montclair State, the Pioneers pitched well and played solid defense, but couldn’t overcome offensive struggles in an 2-0 loss.
