PORT CHARLOTTE — After struggling with his command through his first outings this spring, Matt Moore said he felt more in control in his 3 2⁄ 3 innings Sunday.
“I feel like I was able to stay on top of my fastball much better,” he said. “Pitched down in the zone when I needed to.”
