Gloria A. Frankowski, 81, passed away Monday, Feb. 25, 2013.

She was born Aug. 16, 1931, in Philadelphia, Pa., and was the daughter of Benjamin and Helen Frankowski.

Gloria was a resident of Florida since 1988. She was a graduate of Nazareth Academy and St. Agnes School of Nursing, both in Philadelphia, and was a retired Registered Nurse.

She is survived by her sister, Rita Frankowski; aunt, Catherine S. Gendek; and many cousins in the Korecki and Frankowski families. Gloria was preceded in death by her brother, Benjamin Frankowski Jr.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 21505 Augusta Ave., Port Charlotte, Fla. Burial will be private in the family plot at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Doylestown, Pa.
