Lee McDaniel, 68, of Punta Gorda, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012.

He was born Feb. 15, 1944, in Rocky Ford, Colo.

Lee was a business owner, retiring to Punta Gorda in 2010.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Connie; daughters, Deanna (Douglas) Corarito of Tampa, Fla., and Cortney McDaniel of Punta Gorda; sons, Brien Mountjoy of Tampa, Randy (Joanie) McDaniel of Washington state, and Jerod (Leslie) McDaniel of Dallas, Texas; brother, Ed (Priscilla) McDaniel of Sacramento, Calif.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Shirley (Steve) Brown of Redlands, Cailf.

Arrangements are by National Cremation Society of Port Charlotte, Fla.
