PORT CHARLOTTE — Puff on! An earlier start combined with wind gusts up to 12 knots made for an exciting day of sailing Sunday for those competing in the final day of racing in the Charlotte Harbor Regatta.
The regatta took place west of the U.S. 41 bridges and was based in Port Charlotte Beach Park.
