PGFD bumps up emergency care

In emergency situations, every second matters — especially for folks who find themselves the center of medical attention due to a heart attack, trauma wounds or a sudden drop in blood sugar.

That’s why the Punta Gorda Fire Department is focused on bringing its level of life support services up by offering station-by-station training and purchasing top-of-the-line medical equipment for employees to use.
