Cultural Center welcomes Jazz Society

The Charlotte County Jazz Society sponsored a concert by Grammy-nominated artist Greg Abate and the Greg Abate Quartet Monday at the Cultural Center of Charlotte County. The quartet entertained the audience with classic jazz, as well as original tunes and Christmas carols, and brought the evening to a close with a tribute to Dave Brubeck, playing their rendition of Take Five, bringing the audience to their feet. Close to 200 people attended the event.
