Y ou may not know it by looking out at the water off Ponce de Leon Park, but there is a whole community of sea life living in the shallow water sea grass. On Dec. 6, Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center held one of its wading adventure tours. These educational tours are held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursdays.

The tour starts under the pavilion, where participants are given a booklet that explains what they might find hiding in the sea grass and a dip net to collect the treasures in the water.
