Lorren R. Gardner Jr., 66, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.

He was the son of Lorren R. Gardner Sr. and Dorothy (nee Milling) Gardner, born July 18, 1946, in Morristown, N.J.

Lorren served in the U.S. Air Force. He resided in Mountain Lakes, N.J., before moving to Port Charlotte. He was a member of the Deep Creek Elks, and Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.

Lorren will be greatly missed by his children, Christy Gardner-Hill, Bonnie Gardner Saar, Lorren R. Gardner III, Lisa Gardner-Williams, Chris Gardner, Jodi Gardner and Steven Gardner; sisters, Judith Gardner Quinn and Dorothy Pomeroy; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Linda.

The Memorial Service in celebration of Lorren’s life will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at the Church of the Good Shepherd.
