Kenneth Lynn “Ken” Ramsey of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012.

He was born in Sikeston, Mo., to parents Otis and Beulah Ramsey.

Ken was married to Gwyn Ramsey. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Ken loved fishing, playing cards, getting people to laugh by telling humorous anecdotes, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his sons, Stephen and Mark Ramsey; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial arrangements will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Gulf Cove United Methodist Church.
