The Fabric of Our Faith: Treasures of truth — compliance, part 2
After college graduation, I took a quality-control job with a weapons manufacturer under government contract to make components for M-16A1 rifles for American soldiers in Vietnam. I had to validate each lot’s compliance with the machined tolerances, some as close as 0.005 inch.
Components out of compliance could cause a rifle to malfunction, jeopardizing a soldier’s life. Similarly, failure to comply with God’s commands presents a dangerous destiny for those who declare to be His followers.
