Charlotte Behavioral opens new office

PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte Behavioral Health Care has opened a new office in Port Charlotte to accommodate the growing need for children’s behavioral and mental health services in the northern Charlotte County and south Sarasota County areas.

The office, called Northside Psychiatric Services, is at 1032 Tamiami Trail (in the Murdock Town Center), and focuses on both children’s and adult behavior services. Children’s services include individual therapy, children’s group programs, home- and school-based therapy services, substance assessments and counseling and psychiatric services. Adult services comprise individual and group therapy and psychiatric services.
