PORT CHARLOTTE — A man was arrested Sunday for allegedly cutting his brother with a sword over an argument about buying synthetic marijuana, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

William Russell Voswinkel, 23, 2100 block of Starlite Lane, Port Charlotte, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after he reportedly swung a sword at his 21-year-old brother and injured the victim’s hand.
