VENICE — A Venice man was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with indecent exposure at an area beach, according to a Sarasota County Sheriff’s report.

The report states an SCSO detective was conducting an undercover investigation at Caspersen Beach when a man began following him down one of the paths. The detective noted that the man, Antoni Kurzydlowski, 66, of the 500 block of Menendez Street, was fondling himself through his shorts. Kurzydlowski then allegedly exposed himself to the detective.
