PUNTA GORDA — When James “Car Wash” Booker looked out from his Drury Lane home Oct. 8, 2011, he saw Aldolphus Leon Martin and a man he would later identify as Roy Lee Poore in the midst of a fistfight.

Martin was getting the better of Poore, Booker testified at the Charlotte County Justice Center on Wednesday, having pulled Poore’s shirt over his head while landing blow after blow.
