William Hugh Plank, 90, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.

He was born July 26, 1922, in Bellville, Pa., to Samuel and Catherine Plank.

William served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. He moved to Florida in 1991, from Williamsport, Pa. He was a member of the Rotonda Elks.

William is survived by his wife, Helen of Englewood; sons, Dennis of Virginia Beach, Va., and Victor of Lancaster, Pa.; daughter, Deborah of Scranton, Pa.; step-son, William Fagan of Georgia; brothers, J. Donald of Cocoa Beach, Fla., and Samuel of Bellville, Pa.; sister, Betty of Brooksville, Fla.; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
