Obiedeen Patzsch, 95, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013.

Obiedeen was a member of the VFW Auxiliary 10476, was a past Auxiliary President in Detroit, Mich., and was a past 2nd district President in Detroit.

She is survived by son, Larry (Sonia); sister, Lila; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Obiedeen was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Carroll; and son, Carroll W.
