Robert Bulcock

Robert Bulcock, 87, of Englewood, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013.

He was born Aug. 5, 1925, in New Bedford, Mass.

Robert was a pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He received his bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Massachusetts. Robert was in management with the Federal Government for 30 years, working in Atomic Energy/Department of Energy. He moved to Englewood in 1985 from Bucyrus, Kan. Robert was an avid gardener and a member of the Fun Chorus of Englewood.

He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Jim) Bauer; sons, John (Glenda), Bob (Debbie), Steve (Laurie), Jeff (Pam), Jim (Shelley), Bill (Hope) and Tom (Tamara); his companion, Clarice Dellanno; 24 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth J.; and sister, Alice Moyer.

Arrangements are by National Cremation society of Port Charlotte, Fla.
