VENICE — The city of Venice building department has deemed the old Venice Circus Arena a danger to residents, essentially condemning the building.
The city on Tuesday gave the Venice Circus Arts Foundation — given special permission to rehabilitate the building — 60 days to make it safe or demolish it.
