SOUTH FORT MYERS — The Port Charlotte High School girls basketball team dressed eight players Thursday. Its opponent, Heritage of Palm Bay, suited up two potential Division I prospects.

The result was a 68-57 Panthers’ victory in the first round of the Queen of Palms holiday tournament at Cypress Lake High School.
