DeSoto County Sheriff’s deputies reported the arrest of Robert Cory Mumford, 35, on several felony charges.

According to the arrest report, neighbors of Mumford, who lives in the 1500 block of S.W. Price Child Avenue in Arcadia, reported their suspicions that he was a wanted sexual offender. Upon investigation, deputies confirmed he was convicted twice of unlawful sexual contact in Delaware and was required to report his address to authorities when he moved to Florida.
