I n a line from Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet,” Juliet says good night to Romeo: “Parting is such sweet sorrow.”

Loraine Lakin just wanted to say good night and part with her phone carrier. But porting with Comcast left a sour taste in her mouth.
