DESOTO COUNTY — The residents of the U.S. Highway 17 area surrounding the Allied Recycling plant signed a petition four pages long to present to the DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners asking them to do something about the noise, the pollution and the vibrations that result from the company’s operation.
