    The Grand Hotel will open its doors in may of 2012 with 17 luxuriously appointed guest rooms situated prominently on chase hill. Tastefully decorated in warm tones of saffron cream and silver each room will feature waterworks and marble bathrooms turkish linens high ceilings keurig coffee makers and bose docking stations. Some will also offer balconies providing sweeping views of the kennebunk river and bustling downtown kennebunkport. Onsite day spa and gourmet sandwich shop will round out the guest experience. As a member of the kennebunkport resort collection the grand will also offer its guests full use of amenities at its five other properties.

    Guarantee Policy
    A 50 Pct deposit is due at the time of reservation. Your deposit will be processed immediately upon booking with the remaining balance due upon your arrival. If your reservation is made within 14 days of your intended stay full payment is required at the

    Cancellation Policy
    Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. A USD 25.00 cancellation fee applies to advance deposit refund.
