The Telluride Portfolio offers a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums in the Town of Telluride and Mountain Village core with full kitchens and other on-site amenities. All condos within the Town of Telluride are within walking distance to the many downtown shops and restaurants, the free gondola, Town Park and ski lifts. Condos in Mountain Village are within walking distance to the ski lifts and the free gondola -connecting the Towns of Telluride and Mountain Village-. Nestled in a box canyon surrounded by majestic 13,000-foot peaks of the San Juan Mountains, Telluride is a beautiful outdoor recreation area in winter and summer. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in location is 324 W Colorado Ave. The front desk is open from 8am-6pm during regular season with shortened hours during off-season. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. If you arrive after the office has closed for the day, you will find a key packet with your name on it inside the lock box located next to the front door. Packet will contain map, keys for your unit and parking permit. For after-hours emergencies, please contact the manager on duty at 970-708-2407. The 20.4 percent tax allocated breakdown is as follows- 12.4 percent city and 8 percent reservation processing fee.
