The beautiful, seven-room Old Wailuku Inn at Ulupono is listed on the Hawaii Registry of Historic Places. The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau honored it for two consecutive years as the most Hawaiian accommodation in the State, blending a nostalgic ambience while providing the comforts and convenience for the modern-day traveler. In 2000, the Inn was ranked Number 5 on Travel and Leisure magazine Top Ten U.S. Bed and Breakfasts list and in 2004, it received the Historic Hawaii Foundations Historic Preservation Honor Award.
