    Main Dining Room  8am to 930am 1230pm to 2pm and 630pm to 8pm daily Spectacular Historic Main Dining Room overlooks the Shawangunk Ridge or Mohonk Gardens. One of the last grand Dining Rooms in America that can seat over 450 people. Wood flooring wood walls and a wood ce West and East Dining Rooms  Open seasonally A more intimate dining atmosphere with a view of the Shawangunk Mountains. From July 1st through Labor Day our traditional served four-course meal is served in the West and East Dining Rooms. Granary  12pm to 2pm Monday through Sunday. Weekends from early May until late October and daily during late June July and August. Tuesday and Thursday Lobster Barbecue 6pm to 730pm. Is available July 4th weekend through Labor Day weekend.
